We, as an African-Americans, have an incredible intellectual tradition ignored by traditional history books. Imagine if there were a number of camps throughout the nation which fulfilled this needs, including:

• intensive skill building in reading and math skills

• teaching of African-American literal and historical traditions

• creating a pro-academic culture in children

• artistic and cultural awareness

• playtime, including sports
